The Nurse treated me as an individual. She listened closely to my issues and reassured me that if I need any other help or have concerns about my ongoing difficulties (prolapsed Stoma awaiting surgery) that I can get in touch with them at any time.

The staff are amazing, helpful, empathic and knowledgeable, they make what I deem an uncomfortable visit reassuring and easy . I no longer dread my visits.
